Pablo answered a post I made on Nextdoor looking for a mason to do repair on my historic stonehouse that once was Pierre Houpert's private distillerie in 1926. After Pierre was turned into the feds, the building was burned down. It remained in that state for almost 100 years. The damage was extensive and I was not even sure we could repair it. There were crumbling walls,failed lentils, missing partitions, broken concrete porches. So Pablo came to a have a look. When I would ask Pablo can you do this... Si Kim... can you do that ... Si Kim. I barely took a reference and just hired him. He turned out to be just terrific and can do all masonry repair and work. He is also a master on a machine. There is still more to be done at this project, but Pablo has become one of my very favorite trusted contractors and friends. He is young, strong, hard working, kind and a wonderful dad. I hope to have him back again to finish more of what I have started here.
